The RS Group is one of the many small and medium enterprises in Weihai.The company,founded in 2014,is located in Huancui District of Weihai,Shandong Province.The group company includes 3 parts,the RS Pharmaceutical Company,RS Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,and 300 acres of standardized planting base of Chinese medicine in Stone Town of Wendeng.RS Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd,which was founded in 1976,has more than 40 years of production history of Chinese medicine.It's one of the fixed-supplier purchase enterprises of Chinese medicine in Shandong province,the registered trademark of the product was identified as a well-known trademark in Shandong province.Year 2017 is the deepening year of the Supply-side reform.With the deepening of reform into the deep water zone,the requirements of the enterprise is also getting more and more strict,along with the increasing impact of competition on the industry.Under the circumstances of the increasingly fierce competition on the industry,RS group has rises many aspects of problems in the process of development,such as lack of capital,R & D lag,lack of talent,lack of competitiveness of products.Only by making a clear industrial development strategy and promoting the transformation and upgrading of enterprises under the background of the Supply-side reform can fundamentally solve the above problems and achieve leapfrog development.In this paper,I will deeply analyze the status of RS group company's development,summarize the internal and external environment factors of the company with SWOT model,make an overall development strategy to keep pace with the times and the full integration of resources,so as to enhance the core competitiveness and realize the strategy of healthy development of the enterprise.
