Research On The Promotion Impact Of The Development Of Science And Technology Service Industry On The Innovation Ability In Northeast China

Technology service industry is a modernized intellectual service industry integrating knowledge-intensive,technology-intensive and talent-intensive.The experience of developed areas of science and technology services shows that technology services are a powerful booster to boost innovation and capacity.It builds bridges between the supply side and the demand side of knowledge and technology.It can effectively integrate innovative resources and promote scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces.At present,China’s implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,trying to drive from factor to innovation-driven change,in this era background,science and technology service industry usher in the development of new opportunities.The improvement of regional innovation ability is influenced by many factors.At home and abroad scholars have studied more and more influencing factors,the research on science and technology service industry has less influence on regional innovation ability.In addition,the research on the development of science and technology service industry is focused on the relationship between the meaning of science and technology service industry,classification,and the linkage between science and technology service industry and manufacturing industry,and less research on its relationship with regional innovation ability.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to combine the development of science and technology service industry with regional innovation ability and study its effect in detail.The results will be of great significance to promote the development of science and technology service industry and enhance regional innovation ability.This paper first introduces the connotation and composition of science and technology service industry,and then makes a systematic and comprehensive introduction to the present situation of innovation capacity in Northeast China and the development of science and technology service industry in Northeast China.It is found that the overall performance of science and technology innovation capability in Northeast China is not strong and the development of science and technology service industry.The relatively small scale,the uneven distribution of science and technology service enterprises,the weak ability of science and technology service industry,the low degree of marketization of science and technology service industry and so on.Secondly,the paper expounds the scale of the development of science and technology service industry,the service level of science and technology service industry,the degree of regional informatization,and the industrial agglomeration of science and technology service industry.Then,the panel model is constructed.The empirical results show that the scale of science and technology service in Northeast China has a significant effect on regional innovation ability.Due to the poor development of science and technology service industry in northeast China,the service level and industrial agglomeration performance are poor.And its effect on regional innovation ability is not significant.Next,the article through the introduction of the United States,Japan,Germany three developed countries,the development of science and technology services,research found that the developed countries should learn from advanced technology service system,public service platform construction and technology intermediary service agencies,construction technology transfer system experience,to make up for the development of China’s science and technology service industry.Finally,according to the status quo analysis,empirical results and foreign experience to put forward policy recommendations,the northeast region should focus on improving the layout of science and technology services,build science and technology service cluster,promote the standardization of science and technology services,professional development,strengthen information exchange,promote innovative service model,increase investment in science and technology.To achieve diversification of investment and financing,the implementation of scientific and technological personnel strategy to provide intellectual support to promoteinternational scientific and technological cooperation,the introduction of technology innovation and other policy recommendations,in order to improve and promote the development of science and technology services,and ultimately achieve regional innovation capacity.
