In early 70 s,our city rail transportation infrastructure construction by the government directly,not bear the debt,the main market is unable to enter the infrastructure construction of city rail transit has become the true sense of the construction of the party.In twenty-first Century,China’s large and medium-sized city rail transportation has gradually entered a peak period of construction,some domestic city in city development,increase employment opportunities and other considerations,the blind pursuit of city rail transit construction projects,so the traditional government led mode,gradually change the mode of operation of the market,has is the inevitable trend of development,is an important form o f BOT model.In this paper,the BOT model of H subway construction is studied,and the various risks and risk management problems are analyzed.This paper aims to study the current situation and existing problems of the BOT mode of H Metro project.On the basis of comparison with other domestic and foreign BOT model construction projects,this paper puts forward the measures and policy recommendations to control the operation risk of H BOT project.Through this study,not only to provide guidance for the healthy operation of H Metro BOT project,but also provide some experience for the construction of urban rail transit. |
