Research On The Investment And Financing Policy Of Large Agricultural System In The Yangtze River Delta

As a pillar industry,agriculture plays an important role in the national economy.Since the reform and opening up,the Yangtze River Delta has made some achievements in the reform of agricultural investment and financing system,but there are still many problems.Based on the theory of money and finance and modern financial theory,this paper uses the methods of comparative analysis and systematic analysis to conduct a systematic study on the agricultural investment and financing in the Yangtze River delta.First of all,the experience and Enlightenment of agricultural investment and financing theory,the domestic and foreign advanced were introduced to provide scientific reference and theoretical basis for the study;secondly,the paper analyzes the policy of agricultural investment and financing system of Yangtze River Delta and pointed out the great Yangtze River Delta agricultural investment and financing situation and problems.In addition,arge agricultural investment and financing supply and demand analysis and forecast are given by setting up a model of the Yangtze River Delta;finally,it not only puts forward the basic ideas of agricultural development in the Yangtze River Delta investment financing and specific measures,the scientific division of the Yangtze River Delta agricultural investment in different stages,and reasonable division of the investment scope and investment capital,but also stresses out agriculture macro countermeasures,such as: ncrease the government's agricultural investment,establish and perfect the market mechanism of the investment and financing functions,give full play to the role of fiscal policy to absorb funds for agricultural market Industry,make efforts to improve the capacity of the Yangtze River Delta agricultural investment,accelerate the construction of rural financial system and transformation of the Yangtze River delta.At the same time,increase the function of agricultural investment playing the main role in agricultural investment,set up agricultural investment preferential policies to enhance the ability to attract investment,increase agricultural loans of the banks and other financial institutions,and establish the agricultural insurance system and a diversifiedfinancing system etc.
