Research On The Formation Mechanism Of Rice Processing Enterprises In Good Quality Safety Behavior On Supply Chain

Rice is one of the main food crops in China,the country more than 65% of the population with rice as the staple food,rice quality and safety is closely related to national economy and people's livelihood.However,more and more attention in the rice quality and safety of today,rice quality and safety problems have occurred frequently,rice processing enterprises become the implementation of quality and safety behavior,the important factors that affect the rice quality and safety.So the quality and safety of rice processing enterprises good behavior to guarantee the formation mechanisms of rice quality safety of great significance.Based on this,this paper research includes the following several parts: first,using inductive deductive method,the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad were reviewed and comb,rice supply chain game relation between the interest subjects,and analyze the difference between rice and other agricultural products supply chain of supply chain,from rice processing enterprise internal and external three rice internal supply chain,supply chain perspective to explore the possible influence of rice processing enterprises to implement good quality safety behavior factor,carries on the theoretical analysis framework design;Then,using the method of descriptive statistics,based on the survey data,rice processing enterprises of heilongjiang province and its place in the supply chain environment related interest subjects of basic characteristics and the current situation of quality safety behavior description;Again,the survey data from 117 rice processing enterprises into the multiple linear regression model,to affect rice processing enterprises to implement good quality under the perspective of supply chain security behavior factor correlation analysis,it is concluded that motivation drive,external supervision and external support,within the chain synergy,resource conditions,the quality and safety management and the quality and safety of cognitive seven variables through subjective norms and behavior attitude and perceived behavior control among the three variables affect rice processing enterprises and the implementation of quality safety behavior.Based on this,proposed to meet the consumer demand as the guidance of the enterprise incentive mechanism,make full use of the supervision function of subjects to the external environment and rich subsidies,subsidies to simplify processes,strengthen the result of government support,make full use of the relevant stakeholders of rice supply chain collaboration effect,strengthen the quality and safety management for enterprise and cognitive education and so on five Suggestions;Finally,to the quality and safety of rice processing enterprises behavior formation mechanism design,its formation mechanism includes five parts: guiding mechanism,transformation mechanism,the resources conformity mechanism,strengthening mechanism,guarantee mechanism.
