The Research On Collaborative Mechanism Of Good-faith Transaction Based On Agricultural Product Quality Safety

The problems of the quality and safety of agricultural products related to people’slivelihood influences not only people’s health and life but also agricultural sustainability,which was caused by the absence of faith. The good-faith trading system is one of thecomplex systems, which consists of agriculture operators, government entities andconsumers. In given conditions, synergy theory targeting complex systems could guide thesystem evolution from disorder to order. The main purpose of this paper is to buildmanagement synergy mechanism based on synergetic theory to ensure the quality andsafety of agricultural products.The main ideas of the papers are as follows:(1) On the basis of demand analysis related to producers, middlemen, consumers andgovernment, we discuss the good faith trade supply situation by means of game theory,then point out inefficient cooperation was fundamental cause of speculative behavior.Strengthen synergy relationship could prompt system to senior orderly transition.(2)Under the synergy theory, we must definitude the internal mechanism whichsynergy management how to promote to good faith trade, at the same time, formed theframework of this study. First, identify and select parameters and control parameters ofagricultural good-faith trading system. Second, design mechanisms to improve controlparameters for synergy among the every essential factor in the system. Last, take securemeasures to prompt system operation synergistically.(3)Build management synergy mechanism which act on production, circulation andsupervision and take secure measures to prompt system operation synergistically. Theconstituent mechanisms and processes interact with each other to improve synergisticeffect. In addition, we must perfect the construction of the organizations themselves andcontinuously strengthen the construction of institution.
