In recent years has been the problem of wind power grid and consumptive value,the national energy board released "energy industry to strengthen air pollution control work plan",the use of safe,efficient and economical advanced transmission technology,to promote the 12 foreign electricity transmission channel,to further expand the north to south,West to East scale.One of the price problems in recent years is also a controversial theme,in power problem is still serious,CDM revenue has shrunk dramatically,equipment and parts manufacturing enterprises excessive sacrifice in exchange for market share earnings has not yet been resolved to cut the price of wind power,the wind power is bound to make investment will weaken,and directly affect the steady growth of wind power market capacity the level of tariff,the relevant departments should be encouraged to maintain the stability of wind power investment enthusiasm.The two countries in the economic downturn,overcapacity is prevalent in the country this year,China's power generation enterprises in this economic environment into the collective risk control,abandoned wind power rationing phenomenon is serious,and the new energy as a response to the national call for clean energy is in the rising period,but no matter in the management and technological innovation use of resources are compared to developed countries in an exploration of improving period.So in such an economic environment,taking Datang wind farm C 200 MW sixth Guazhou wind power project as the research example,first elaborated the pre project cost management situation of Datang Guazhou sixth wind farm C 200 MW windpower project in the investment decision stage,design stage,bidding stage and the problems of making cost management according to these problems,so as to improve the cost management,saving project investment.Then the sixth wind farm C District Datang Guazhou 200 MW wind power project carried out preliminary cost management research,developed a preliminary cost management measures.I hope that through this study,we can make a contribution to the research in related fields.
