With the problem "IT productivity paradox" more and more,enterprises need improving their IT capability to bring competitive advantage for enterprises.But the improvement of IT capability is not achieved overnight,IT is a gradual process of accumulation,its essence is a learning process.Analyzing learning process of enterprise IT capability is advantageous to the knowledge flow in the enterprise,and improves the staff's ability to learn.At the same time,improving the learning process of enterprise IT capability evolution helps to promote enterprise IT capability.Therefore,the study on the learning process of the enterprise IT capability evolution has very important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,based on the theory of enterprise IT and organizational learning theory,this paper defines the concept of learning process of the enterprise IT capability evolution,and from the perspective of knowledge flow,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the learning process of enterprise IT capability evolution,and summarizes the influence factors into three classes: main factors(knowledge distance,the sender's knowledge sharing willingness and ability to transfer,knowledge receiver absorption and absorption ability,etc.),object factors(the complexity of knowledge,tacitness,etc.),and environmental factors(such as organizational structure,organizational culture and trust).Secondly,this paper analyzes the learning process of the enterprise IT capability evolution,namely,knowledge acquisition,knowledge transfer,knowledge transformation and knowledge,and according to the process,it builds the framework model of learning process of enterprise IT capability evolution.Moreover,in the view of the analysis,learning process of the enterprise IT capability is simulated and analyzed based on the system dynamics,then this paper verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the model with the Z company case.Finally some specific strategies of the learning process of the enterprise IT capability evolution referring to the above analysis are advanced.Research results show that: the enterprises can evaluate their learning process of enterprise IT capability evolution quantitatively and qualitatively,and based on the evaluation,the simulation model is established.This research can help enterprises to further understand the current situation of learning process of enterprise IT capability evolution,grasp its regularity and characteristics,and lay the theory foundation for learning process of the enterprise IT capability evolution.At the same time,the enterprise can change the knowledge absorptive capacity,R&D strength and tacit knowledge of IT to improve the learning effect of the process of enterprise IT capability evolution,and improve enterprise IT capability,then enhance enterprise competitiveness.
