Research On The Process Of Citizenization Of Migrant Workers In China

With the further development of China's new-type urbanization,the issue on the citizenization of Migrant Workers has become increasingly important and urgent.The paper has carried on the quantitative measure in terms to the process of citizenization for Migrant Workers based on the previous research,in order to explore the overall situation of the citizenization for Migrant Workers in the current situation.The measure process is based on the questionnaire and the index system constructed.The index system is divided into four attributes,including the basic attribute,vocational attribute,life attribute and subjective attribute,which all affect the process of citizenization for Migrant Workers.The paper is aimed at measuring specific values in that process on the premise that determining the weight and assignment in a scientific and reasonable way.According to the comparative analysis of different citizenization levels from each attribute based on the measure result,the paper points out that the weakness of citizenization of Migrant Workers in China mainly comes from the basic attribute and vocational attribute,and imparts appropriate suggestions on the process of citizenization for each attribute.
