Spatial And Temporal Variation Characteristics Of Urban And Rural Construction Land And Coordination Study In Shenyang

More than 30 years of reform and opening-up,the rapid development of urban and rural areas in Shenyang,but rural development speed obviously slower than urban areas,central city expansion speed,causes the land use efficiency is lower,"urbanization","rural hollowing out" and other problems highlighted increasingly,therefore,shenyang urban and rural land use structure and layout optimization research to regional coordinated development of urban and rural construction has important guiding significance.This paper takes Shenyang as the research object,using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,GIS spatial analysis method and relevant analysis method,through the research from 1986 to 2016 in Shenyang city and countryside construction land structure and layout,for the rapid development of economic society in Shenyang scientific advice and policy guarantee.The main topics of the paper include:Between 1986 and 2000,the urban and rural construction land increased by 169.78 km2,with the urban and rural construction sites accounting for 28% and 72% respectively.Between 2000 and 2016,urban and rural construction land increased by 151.63 km2,with the urban and rural construction sites accounting for 71% and 29% respectively.The characteristics of urban sprawl in Shenyang city were analyzed.Using the buffer analysis and spatial orientation analysis in GIS space analysis.Draw Sujiatun,Yuhong,Dongling district,and Shen,respectively,in the north new district from 1986 to 2000 and from 2000 to 2016 for the expansion of the urban and rural residential land speed and significant regional differences;From the urban center to the periphery,the increase in the intensity of the expansion of urban and rural areas has been decreased,and the peak of the increase of about 12 km.In 1986-2016,Shenyang has experienced a serious imbalance between population urbanization and land urbanization-a serious imbalance between severe disorders-extreme imbalance-mild disorder,the process of population urbanization and land urbanization in Shenyang has been in fluctuation condition,although from the deviation coefficient of 2010 years,disorder degree decline,but the Shenyang population urbanization and land urbanization disorder situation is very serious;The overall level of coordination of urban and rural construction land in Shenyang is low,and the overall level of coordination is still low by 2016.After thorough analysis results show that,in large part,by the coordinated development of urban construction land of urban and rural construction land increase along with the rural residential areas of land to reduce the land area.
