With the emergence of knowledge economy,the technological innovative ability has become the key to the survival and development of corporations.It is well known that R&D team provides corporation with technological support and intellectual capital and plays a crucial role in the process of corporate technology innovation.The effective tacit knowledge transfer of the R&D team is the source of strengthening corporate innovative ability and has been an important means for corporations to maintain core competitiveness.To reinforce tacit knowledge management of R&D team has become a new topic for corporate development.Instead of conducting data analysis,the thesis focuses on theory research and modeling.It takes tacit knowledge transfer of the corporate R&D team as research object to conduct profound qualitative research on operational mechanism,transfer process and patterns of tacit knowledge transfer of the corporate R&D team.Specifically,by investigating factors such as characteristics,elements,driving force of the tacit knowledge transfer,the author constructs tacit knowledge transfer process model as well as operation mechanism model.Besides,classification and analysis of the patterns of tacit knowledge transfer of the corporate R&D team from the angle of the knowledge ecological system are conducted by adopting comparative method from five dimensions——scope,degree of difficulty,structure,technical support and core objective.Furthermore,the author proposes optimizing strategies of tacit knowledge transfer performance of the corporate R&D team from the viewpoint of knowledge subjects(knowledge producers,knowledge consumers and knowledge managers)and knowledge environment of tacit knowledge transfer,which has reference value on the actual operation of tacit knowledge transfer of the corporate R&D team.This thesis is divided into six parts.They are sequentially: the introduction,literature review,theoretical framework,analysis of mechanism and patterns of tacit knowledge transfer in corporate R&D team from the perspective of knowledge ecology theory,optimizing strategies and the conclusion.Some inductive research findings have been discovered in this thesis:1.The thesis constructs tacit knowledge transfer mechanism model of the corporate R&D team based on the knowledge ecological system.2.It is necessary to select patterns according to the scope,core objective,team structure and technical support capability of the corporate R&D team.3.The improvement of tacit knowledge transfer performance of the corporate R&D team not only requires motivation from the aspect of knowledge subjects,but also is restricted by factors such as objective capability,technical conditions and knowledge ecology environment.
