21st century, mankind has entered the era of knowledge economy, companies began transferring the focus of resources to human capital and intangible corporate resources. High-tech enterprises are the main body of knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises value in the proportion of social wealth is increasing.Enterprise turn more attentions to knowledge innovation and research team.According to Delphi Group study, Tacit knowledge is the main resource of research team, 42% of the organizational knowledge stems from individual tacit knowledge.In enterprise, the acquisition of tacit knowledge, dissemination and use of the technology is critical to innovation.Knowledge management mechanism is a necessary but not sufficient condition of transfer and sharing of knowledge. If we want to make the knowledge management mechanism to be effective, members must have the motion to transfer and share of knowledge, otherwise, the knowledge management system can only be a castle in the air. Studies have shown that appropriate incentives can make knowledge transfer and sharing more effective.Therefore, a reasonable incentive mechanism can promote tacit knowledge to transfer from employees mutually, and can improve the organization's overall innovation capability.This article first comb the research status of tacit knowledge transfer, define the concept of research team, tacit knowledge, incentive mechanism, incentive mechanism of tacit knowledge transfer, summarize the knowledge management theory, motivation theory, the principal - agent Theory. Second, the corrections of traditional principal-agent theory will be applied in the research team members of its knowledge transfer incentive mechanism, we study the conditions of symmetric information and asymmetric information hidden under incentive mechanism of knowledge transfer, obtained the business incentives knowledge transfer rules of research team members.Secondly, from the perspective of the knowledge market, the tacit knowledge transfer within the team have three incentive models:spontaneous incentives for tacit knowledge transfer, management participation incentives for tacit knowledge transfer and management of direct involvement incentives for tacit knowledge transfer. Finally, research from the perspective of salary, short-term pay and long-term pay play an important role in tacit knowledge transfer of research team members, and through the evaluation of tacit knowledge transfer of research team members'research, provide an objective basis of tacit knowledge transfer pay for the incentive mechanism, and study the contents of incentive pay of the research team knowledge transfer.
