Research On The Thought Of Xi Jinping's Strategy Of Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a social phenomenon in every country or region,and poverty eradication is a coexistence and timeless topic.As a socialist coutry,we are pursuing the common prosperity of all the people,in order to reflect the superiority of socialism,the party and the state has always attached importance to the problem of poverty alleviation and development.After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),we have entered a critical period of poverty alleviation,With Xi Jinping as General Secretary,the Party Central Committee has placed poverty alleviation and development at an unprecedented level,and regards poverty alleviation and development as an important step and key link in building a well-off society by an all-round way.The General Secretary Xi Jinping,concerns to the masses and understands the people.The poverty alleviation and development work carried out in-depth thinking,devoted a lot of energy,and creatively put forward on poverty alleviation and development of new ideas and new conclusions.As a result,the ideas under the guidance made significant poverty alleviation achievements.With the full development of poverty alleviation and development in China the general development of poverty alleviation of Xi Jinping has gradually became maturity and formed a system.Therefore,with deeply analyzes and studies Xi Jinping's strategic thinking on poverty alleviation and development,it's significance of and further development of poverty alleviation in China,And the development of road extension and expansion in poverty alleviation for the world to provide useful reference.Based on the theoretical perspective of Marxism in China,this paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter comprehensively introduce the conditions of the formation,maturity and development of Xi Jinping 's idea about poverty alleviation and development strategy in three aspects: theoretical origin,realistic basis and personal factor.The second chapter systematically summarizes the three dimensions of Xi Jinping 's strategic thinking on poverty alleviation and development in three aspects: strategic positioning,strategic principle and strategic guarantee.This paper summarizes the strategic orientation of poverty alleviation and development thought by Xi Jinping,which from the aspects that poverty eradication is the essential requirement of socialism,and poverty alleviation and development is the most important way to solve the problem of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in the former revolutionary base areas.The strategic principle is mainly analyzed from the aspects of precision poverty alleviation,endogenous poverty alleviation and scientific poverty alleviation.This chapter discusses the strategic guarantee of Xi Jinping's poverty alleviation and development theory from four aspects through the strengthening of the party's leadership,the implementation of the leadership responsibility system,effectively strengthening of the social cohesion,building a poverty alleviation pattern,and earnestly increasing the poverty alleviation and development funds,perfecting the management system of poverty alleviation funds,and strengthening the fighting fortress of grassroots party organizations.The third chapter draws four characteristics from four aspects of "deep","fine","true" and "real" in the strategic thinking system of Xi Jinping's poverty alleviation and development strategy theory."Deep",mainly refers to the fundamentality and essentially of the poverty alleviation and development theory.;"fine" stressed that Xi Jinping poverty alleviation and development theory is focusing on the characteristics of precision;"true",highlighting the clearly characteriz of the true poverty,really poverty alleviation,helping the true nature of the poor in poverty alleviation and development;"real",emphasizing the real move,the actual results,and the benefits of pragmatic characteristics.Chapter four focuses on the latest theoretical achievements of Marxism in China from the perspective of Xi Jinping's strategic thinking of poverty alleviation and development,the summary of our party's experience in maintaining and safeguarding social fairness and justice,the guide to carry out the development of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics,and the valuable experience and reference to the poverty reduction in this world.Above those four aspects to be discussed in this chapter,and revealed the theoretical value of its theory and the contemporary significance.
