Research On The Current Situation And Problems Of Cross Border E-commerce In China

In the last several years,the world economy is growing at a slower rate and the international situation is complex and changeable.Market demand is weak and inadequate in Europe and Japan.The global economy is facing increased instability and uncertainty and economic downward trend is obvious.Due to the deterioration of international trade conditions,China's export growth has declined.With the rise of "Internet plus" economy,China's rapid development of cross-border E-commerce has become a new way to hedge the decline in the growth rate of foreign trade.In 2016,China's total foreign trade volume reached 24 trillion and 330 billion yuan,the total cross-border e-commerce transactions reached 6 trillion and 300 billion yuan.Cross border e-commerce trade accounted for the proportion of total foreign trade reached 25.89%.Cross border e-commerce is still dominated by cross-border e-commerce export.According to the current development speed and scale of cross-border e-commerce,in 2017 China's total cross-border e-commerce transactions is expected to reach 6 trillion and 640 billion,cross-border e-commerce transactions are expected to reach about 7 trillion and 400 billion.The role of cross-border e-commerce in the import and export trade growth should not be underestimated.At the same time,the development of cross-border e-commerce will also promote the development of domestic related industries,such as logistics,computer industry.Finally,they form an economic cycle of mutual promotion and common development.However,cross-border e-commerce is facing a series of problems.Lack of credibility,logistics and other issues hinder the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce.This paper summarizes and discusses the related theories of cross-border e-commerce and the current situation of the development of Chinese cross-border e-commerce from the aspects of macro scale,logistics mode and pilot cities and find out the main problems that hinder the development of cross-border e-commerce from credit,logistics and other aspects.This paper also forecasts the development trend of cross-border e-commerce in terms of growth rate,the proportion of import and export cross-border e-commerce,government policy.Finally,from the two aspects of government and cross-border e-commerce enterprises,this paper puts forward reasonable and feasible suggestions for the future development of China's cross-border e-commerce.
