Since the 21st century,China's catering industry has maintained rapid growth in retail sales, from 375.3 billion yuan in 2000 rose to 2,928 billion yuan in 2015,can be said that the development of the national economy is one of the most active industries in China's society The status of the economy has also been significantly improved.Catering industry in Chengdu has a long history, originated in this Sichuan is to become China's four major culinary cuisine in one of the most popular,by Chinese and foreign diners favorite. At the beginning of 2010,Chengdu was awarded the title of "Food Capital" by UNESCO,becoming the first city in Asia to receive this award. All in all,"food" has become a shining city of Chengdu card. Therefore,it is necessary to study the spatial structure and mechanism of catering industry in Chengdu, which is of great significance to guide the urban planning and construction of Chengdu and enhance the influence of "Food Capital".Based on the Baidu POI data, this paper analyzes the spatial structure of catering industry from three aspects:theoretical research, empirical analysis and influencing factors.Fourthly, this paper analyzes the spatial structure of catering industry in Chengdu city.In the aspect of theoretical research, the relevant empirical research, policies, regulations and theories of commercial space layout at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized,so as to provide a solid theoretical framework for the following empirical analysis. In the empirical analysis, this paper describes the spatial structure characteristics of the food and beverage outlets from three aspects:spatial distribution, spatial clustering and distribution difference. Finally, the factors affecting the spatial distribution of the outlets of different restaurants are studied from three aspects, such as the core city function, traffic accessibility capability and agglomeration effect, and then put forward the feasible planning and development proposal. The results showed that the restaurant industry in Chengdu showed a significant aggregation feature, and the density of outlets decreased gradually from the center to the periphery.Among them, the local food and beverage outlets in the three-ring into a film gathering, showing a "multi-core" spatial pattern, the density of the west than the city east;exotic restaurant outlets high concentration area concentrated in the second ring,Center "of the spatial distribution of the situation, the density of the east than the west;Chinese restaurant no obvious spatial distribution bias. The analysis shows that the residential area is an important factor affecting the layout of the local restaurant network, and the residential area with dense population is the preferred area for its location selection;the outlets of the restaurant industry tend to be distributed in the business district and residential area,While the foreign restaurant and business district there is a significant positive relationship, indicating that the promotion of commercial outlets to a large extent led to the presence of foreign restaurants;Chinese restaurants in residential and commercial areas have a higher density distribution, indicating that Chinese restaurants tend to In the distribution of crowded areas."Food" has become the characteristics of Chengdu label, many people because of Chengdu food and know Chengdu,Chengdu,Chengdu, the study of the spatial distribution of catering industry model, can provide reference for the development of catering industry in Chengdu. In this paper,POI data and multi-distance spatial clustering analysis, kernel density estimation and multiple linear regression analysis are applied to the study of spatial structure of catering industry in Chengdu, which provides a research method for quantitative analysis of spatial distribution of urban catering industry.Urban planning provides a way of thinking about problems.
