The company's business and retail business is the main two business section for commercial banks , especially in the current stage , the business sector to further expand the market is significant for commercial banks expanding the business's profitability and sustainable development. But with the increasingly diversified demand for financial and Commercial Bank homogenization competition,strengthening the company's business and retail business linkage marketing is the commercial banks to adapt to market development, enhance competition ability and practical requirements of the inevitable trend.The traditional separation and management of commercial banks, to a certain extent, affected the establishment of public-private linkage marketing mechanism, and gradually become the bottleneck restricting the development of commercial banks. Therefore, how to effectively integrate the internal resources and customer resources, and accelerate the promotion of public and private linkage, has an important significance for the improvement of the comprehensive competitiveness of commercial banks. For a long time,the share of ZX bank Zhengzhou branch of the business sector in the whole line of business are much higher than the retail business, private business proportion imbalance is obvious, Zhengzhou branch of ZX bank H branch as the Zhengzhou branch of the soldiers pointed the same, for the long-term development of Zhengzhou branch of ZX Bank H branch is very unfavorable. The external market environment such as the RMB exchange rate mechanism reform and internationalization, raise the proportion of direct financing, non bank financial system, the third party payment network, leap development, deepening the comprehensive management pilot currency diversification on the bank's overall development is a challenge, but also bring power to the bank restructuring and development.
