At present,China's economy is in the "new normal" period,enterprises in order to gain a competitive advantage in the fierce competition,we need to continue to innovate.Knowledge sharing can promote knowledge innovation,but in the study of knowledge sharing factors found that organizational political awareness will have a significant impact on knowledge sharing,informal organizations within the organization will also affect the knowledge sharing,To this end,this study explores the impact of organizational political perception on knowledge sharing from the perspective of workplace friendship.This paper mainly studies the relationship among organizational political consciousness,workplace friendship and knowledge sharing.Through the theoretical hypothesis of domestic and foreign literature research,the variable scale scale with high recognition at home and abroad is selected,and the division of variable dimension is verified.Among them,organizational political consciousness is composed of three dimensions: self-interest behavior cognition,salary and promotion cognition and colleague 's relationship cognition.Knowledge sharing consists of two dimensions: knowledge contribution and knowledge absorption;Workplace friendship consists of two dimensions: friendship and friendship.In this study,we collected the data using SPSS19.0 and Amos21.0 statistical software to test the reliability and validity of the data.The hypothesis was verified in correlation analysis and regression analysis.Finally,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Organizational political perception negative impact knowledge sharing;(2)organizational political perception negative impact workplace friendship;(3)workplace friendships positively affect the organization's political consciousness;(4)Workplace friendship plays an intermediary role in organizing political consciousness and knowledge sharing,In other words,The friendship of workplace can weaken the negative influence of organizational political consciousness on knowledge sharing.Innovations:First,the domestic research on organizational political consciousness and knowledge sharing theory is mostly based on organizationalformal relations.This study introduces the informal relationship of workplace friendship not only to make up for this deficiency,but also enrich the theory of workplace friendship;Second,there is little research on the relationship between organizational political consciousness and workplace friendship.This research explores this through empirical analysis.Third,the intermediary role of organizational friendship in organizing political consciousness and knowledge sharing shows that the organization can reduce the negative influence of organizational political consciousness on knowledge sharing by paying attention to the informal relationship among employees,and then promote organizational knowledge innovation,So this study has great theoretical and practical significance...
