IT industry with high-tech, high competition, high input, high-risk characteristics, is an emerging industry to flourish. Knowledge-based staffs of IT industry as the core competitiveness of enterprises, and have played a vital role to the survival and development of IT enterprises. Knowledge-based employees with higher quality of knowledge, independent of the values, strong ability to innovate, but also has a strong personality and self-awareness, strong will to switch. Therefore, how to effectively manage the knowledge workers and incentive enthusiasm for their work to improve the performance has become the key work to adapt the rapid development of industry.As a result of the organizational politics found in every corner of the organization, knowledge workers are also affected. Their perceptions of organizational politics, which is called organizational politics perceptions, have a great negative impact to the development of enterprises and individuals. Domestic scholars and foreign ones have had a great deal of research on it, discovered and confirmed a lot of factors to the organizational politics perceptions. Among them, compared with other factors, the research results of the personality factors are still not perfect. In this paper, the research perspective is to the personality factor of the organizational politics perceptions. Foreign personality psychologists have researched on the Big-Five for nearly one hundred years, research results have been more mature and has been adopted in various fields. However, the study based on the relationship between Big-Five and organizational politics perceptions is relatively small.First of all, summary, about the organizational politics perceptions and the Big-Five and other related theories. Secondly, a detailed analysis about the Big-Five personality characteristics and specific performance, the establishment of the model and assumptions about the relationship between Big-Five personality and organizational politics perceptions. Third, SPSS statistical software for verification on rationality of the assumptions. Finally, according to research findings, I believe, IT enterprises should conduct psychological testing on employees on time, employees to grasp trends and personality psychology, psychological counseling staff to do a good job; In addition, establish a cohesive and corporate enterprise culture, and do a better job related to training, which can effectively reduce the negative effects of the organizational politics perceptions on work performance of the knowledge-based employees.
