As first proposed by Premier Li Keqiang in 2015 government work report made “2025 Chinese”,Chinese manufacturing ushered in new opportunities and challenges,the p ace of Chinese from industrial countri es to industrial power,more and m ore quickly.With the accelerated pace of eco nomic globalization,the surv ival and de velopment of modern enterprises are facing an increasingly fierce environment.To achieve a competitive advantage,to maintain their healthy and stable development,companies must enhance the management of production,improve capital ef ficiency,and thus prom ote their ow n operating profit growth.In particular,the Company strengthened the m anagement and control of working ca pital.Especially the scientific production management and control,Combined with the applica tion of lean m anagement methods,improve communication efficiency,reduce cos ts,improve product qua lity,speed up the pro cess of m arket to Maximize enterprise profit.Based on the above factors,this paper intends to study the operation control management system of Company,excavate the problems existing in the operation control management system l of Com pany,put forward effective improvement suggestions and countermeasures,and construct operation control m anagement system for dif ferent industries and enterprises Managem ent system to provide som e theoretical reference and reference.The specific research contents and ideas include three parts:The first part is to collect the books and periodicals of operation control m anagement system,operation control management and so on by the method of literature reading and to compile and summ arize the theo retical frame system applicable to this a rticle and to construct the basic system and framework of operation control management systemThe second part,this paper anal yzes the present situation an d problems of the internal control management system of FAW passenger vehicle transmission center by case analysis.This paper chooses FAW car as a case study.This paper makes a deep research and Analysis on the problems existing in the production and op eration management structure,the internal quality control system and the production plan.The third part,according to the results of th e analysis of FAW car to pu ts forward the optimization scheme of the production m anagement system and the internal control of the company,and puts forward som e feasible suggestions to strengthen the control and management of the company.The forth part,Combined with the actual effect of the rectificatio n effect evaluation,sorting out a set of scientific and modern m anagement methods can be used in a certain range of promotion.To sum up,this paper has a certain degree of innovation in the research object and research methods.According to the theory of internal control of production m anagement system,choose the production com pany as the object specific case analysis and so on were breaking the previous studies of inertia,provide new ideas for the study of production operation management system.At the sam e time,it is also beneficial to im prove the production management system,enhance the efficiency of production m anagement,and provide reference for other production com panies to optim ize the operation m anagement system.
