The Study On Recreational Business District (RBD) In Changchun Guilin Road

Since twentieth Century,with the continuous development of the national economy,people's income level is increasing,and the demand for leisure and recreation for urban residents is growing rapidly.In the facilities that can meet the recreational needs of urban recreation,leisure blocks and recreational business districts are recognized by many tourists because of their convenience and easy to reach.Changchun,as the capital city of Jilin Province,the development of recreational business district has begun to take shape,but from the development of the maturity and the depth,the recreational business district are lack of overall planning and layout.The development situation is not satisfactory.The study on the recreational district in Changchun Guilin Road recreational business district as the main research object,with the related knowledge of tourism and history as the research method,the purpose is to provide reference opinions and planning for the government about Guilin Road recreational business district on the layout and policy decisions.First of all,from the point of view of history and geography,this paper explores the historical process of the development of Changchun and Guilin Road block,and makes clear the influence of the historical process on Guilin Road street.Secondly,this paper analyzes the structural conditions of Guilin Road from the aspects of spatial layout,development of development and tourists' demand by using the combination of theory and practice,and carries on the perception and evaluation of Guilin Road recreation business district from the microscopic point of view.Again,this paper combined with the existing conditions of Guilin Road to provide guidance for the future development of Guilin Road recreational business district,and based on the theory of tourism planning and tourism marketing,the development of recreation business district of Changchun in Guilin Road is replanned and rearranged;Finally,it provides the reference for the development direction of Guilin Road recreational business district from the macro view.
