Research On The Development Of Logistics Finance In Zhengzhou Aviation Port Area

China's economy is in the new normal of structural adjustment and power conversion,the financial system has the functions of facilitating liquidation and payment,aggregating and allocating resources,and scattering risk,so it can actively promote the aviation port enterprises supply side structural reforms.The implementation of the strategy "the Belt and Road" promotes the smooth flow of trade and currency circulation,thus brings historic opportunities for our country's economic development supply side structural reformation.Henan as an important node in the Silk Road,is one of the country's main communicate and trade places.As China's first airport economic development zone,Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone plays an important role in driving the development of Henan Province and the Central Plains Economic Zone.The implementation of the strategy of "the Belt and Road" brings new opportunities for the development of Zhengzhou aviation port area,and also put forward new requirements for the commodity circulation,capital circulation and information circulation service.The realization of the effective unification of commodity flow,capital flow and information flow give birth to the development of logistics finance.However,the financial industry of Zhengzhou airport economic zone has just started,the financial form is single,the port logistics infrastructure is not perfect,these will become the constraining factors of logistics finance development of the port.Under“the Belt and Road”background,the development of logistics finance faced with opportunities but also challenges,therefore,how to grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges,has become an important issue of the development of the logistics finance in Zhengzhou Aviation Port.First of all,this paper combs domestic and international research on logistics finance,which is mainly divided into three aspects: the definition of logistics finance,the development mode of logistics finance and the risk management of logistics finance;Secondly,This paper discusses the theoretical basis and practical significance of the development of logistics finance in Zhengzhou aviation port area.Information asymmetry theory,transaction cost theory,principal-agent theory and financialdevelopment theory have become the theoretical basis of the rise of logistics finance.Effectively alleviate the financing difficulties of enterprises,scatter the loan risk of financial institutions and realize the value-added of logistics enterprises,is the practical significance of the development of logistics.Then,it analyzes the present situation of the development of logistics finance in Zhengzhou airport economic zone,and points out the problems existing in the development of logistics finance.This paper uses the factor analysis method to measure the development level of the logistics finance of 11 airports in China,and then objectively ranking,and put forward the key factors influencing the development of logistics finance.Financial industry development,information construction,economic development,infrastructure construction and logistics development level have become the main influencing factors of logistics finance development.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the present situation and empirical research of logistics finance development in Zhengzhou airport area,this article points out some suggestions on how to promote the development of logistic finance in Zhengzhou aviation port area from the perspective of the three parties: logistics enterprises,borrowing enterprises and financial institutions.
