Study On Innovation System Of Port Developing Logistics Finance In China

The logistics market has been increasing great demand for the newly emerging logisticsfinance which has provided a good platform for cultivating among institutions，supply chainenterprises and TPL providers. As the logistics finance expands, it is necessary that port developslogistics finance.As the logistics finance business develops on harbor, the risk control on port developinglogistics finance is important.In view of this, this paper deals with the fundamental state of China, and designs theprocedure of port developing logistics finance. The last section offer some suggestions of portdeveloping logistics finance. Then it analyses the game strategies among the bank、logisticsenterprise and finance enterprise. Then it offers strategies on risk control of port logisticsfinance.This thesis is divided into four chapters:In the first chapter, it introduces the research background and significance, research status,and the main contents、innovations of this article.In the second chapter, it deals with the fundamental state of China and the conditions ofRizhao Harbor developing logistics finance. Then it designs the procedure of port developinglogistics finance. The last section offer some suggestions of port developing logistics finance.In the third chapter, it firstly analyses of the present situation of port developing logisticsfinance in China. Then it analyses the game strategies among the bank、logistics enterprise andfinance enterprise. At last it offers strategies on risk control of port logistics finance.In the fourth chapter, it summaries port developing logistics finance in China and risk controlof port logistics finance.
