Research On The Bank Competitiveness Of Zhengzhou Based On Financial Perspective

The Bank of Zhengzhou is an important part of city commercial banks in Henan Province,with the continuous deve lopment of the market-oriented interest rate reform,private b anks access management and Internet tech nology,its competitive strategy can't adapt to the current market environment.This paper aims at using AHP and data analysis to st udy the advantages and disadvantages of Zhengzhou banks' competitiveness and put forward constructive suggestions.This paper aims at using various m ethods and data analysis to study the advantages and disadvantages of Zhen gzhou bank competitiveness and put forward constructiv e suggestions.First of all,the internal and external com petition environment of Zhengzhou bank is analyzed,and the stre ngths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Zhengzhou bank are found out.Then,through comparing and analyzing the current competition strategy,we can f ind out the com petitive position o f Zhengzhou bank,and put forward the dif ferentiated competitive strategy for the development of Zhengzhou bank.Then select the flow capacity,security capability,profitability,market share and scale capacity of these five aspects of indicators,the AHP to calculate th e weights of 16 indexes in five aspe cts,that is based on the financial perspective of the Bank of Zhe ngzhou in the c ity competitiveness of commercial banks.According to the 2015 tr ade competitiveness horizontal analysis of Bank of Zhengzhou,the central bank and the Bank of Luoyang's financial statements,through five aspects of 16 indicators of com parative analysis based on the financial competitiveness of the Bank of Zhengzhou belongs to the middle level,there are certain advantages in security ca pability,ability to occupy market aspect,but the liqu idity,profitability and scale ab ility the lev el of medium.Finally,this paper analyzes the competitiveness of the Bank of Zhengzhou,to find out the advantages and disadvantages in the competitive environment,the Bank of Zhengzhou to develop a com petitive scheme can be ef fectively implemented in a competitive environment,adjust the capita l structure,to prevent liquidity r isk;improve capital adequacy ratio,strengthen sa fety ability;to e xpand the scope of business,increase the market share;development business loans,to avoid excessive concentration of single;business innova tion system,to achieve the financial development.We hope to help the developm ent of city commercial banks in China through this research...
