With the development of economic in China,physical and mental need becomes higher and higher.As a result,government spends more money on transportation,environment,entertainments and so on.However,because of limited experience and abilities on engineering supervision,a lot of projects funded by government has bad phenomenon,such as cost overturns,low construction quality and so on.Under this circumstance,government tries to introduce agent construction management mode in China in order to improve the performance of projects funded by government through the private skills.However,after observing some cases under agent construction management mode,there are still many risks in projects funded by government,and these risks are very harmful for the success of projects funded by government.Based on some previous studies about risks in projects funded by government and under agent model,this thesis analyzes the relations among these risks future.Firstly,this thesis determines the risk evaluation index by checklist method,then builds the risk evaluation system by expert interview and DEMATEL.Finally this thesis gets the induced relationship graph of risk factor in agent-construction project invested by government.The results show that legal risk,design risk and selection risk of agent are causing risks,which will lead to other risks,so the government should focus on these risks and do something to avoid these risks occur.By this way can agent management model help government improve the performance of projects funded by government.This thesis can provide some theoretical basis for government to prevent risks occur in projects funded by government. |
