With the development of engineering consulting enterprises industry and the increasing requirement for quality and technology of construction project,the society has been more and more aware of engineering consulting service,which not only brings opportunities for the enterprises but also various risks;therefore,risk management has been attached much more importance.The consulting contract explicits rights and responsibilities for both parties,which is the fundamental legal basis for the smooth implementation of the project.The key for risk management lies in correct comprehension of the terms and accurate practice put into by the consulting enterprises,so contract risk management in the engineering consulting project which can maximumly circumvent or reduce the risk is becoming important.Based on relevant theories of contract risk management in engineering consulting enterprise,this thesis identifies and evaluates contract risks in a public bidding project.In the project,the paper adopts questionnaire survey and history data check to identify the risks and uses expert scoring method and fuzzy appraisal to determine the risk level.Combined with the problems that engineering consulting enterprises face,targeted strategies have been taken to respond to those risks according to the evaluation result. |
