| With the rapid development of China's economy,construction industry's position in national economy has become higher and higher,and its role also greater and greater.However,no matter how rapid of the development,the quality must be guaranteed and enterprise shall put quality issues in the first place."Long-Term Project,Quality First" is the permanent quality guideline of construction industry in China over the years.The country's development,people's health and safety,enterprise's survival and development are closely related to the quality of construction.Ensuring construction quality should always be the guideline to be kept in every construction worker's mind all the time.By studying the developments of quality control theories both domestically and abroad and the quality control issues existing in China's low-income housing,the passage has systematically elaborated the concepts of quality management,quality control and project quality of the low-income housing and deeply analyzed the issues.Firstly,the author analyzes and studies the low-income housing's quality and related issues,main reasons that affect quality,forming of quality issues and fundamental quality management approach in multiple aspect,further proposes the QC approaches of low-income housing.Secondly,determine by analysis that quality control shall last the whole duration of system operation and building development,then extend research on this basis;making ShangHai WuHua Zone of Pudong New Area an example,the author studies the quality issue management & control in Shanghai low-income housing's survey & design,planning,construction and completion & acceptance stage,shows that QC is important in quality management and a key part for all quality issues of the project.Lastly,the author combines quality statistics analytic method with existing project data & files to evaluate QC approaches & results,aims to improve quality management level of construction industry and quality of buildings. |
