Since 1950,the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce in our country,is a glorious chapter in the construction of socialist practice of The Chinese Communist Party and it is also the successful inheritance,application and development of Marxist theory.By application,restriction and transformation for capitalist industry and commerce,it has realized the change of the means of production from private ownership to public ownership.Beijing was the first city in the country to complete the transformation of capitalist industries,and many methods of work were exemplary.Therefore this paper hope through the study of the socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce in Beijing to show the historical change of general process,at the same time,on the basis of summarizing its gain and loss,to present some references for the healthy development of the non-public sector of the economy.After The communist party of China took over Beijing in 1949,on the one hand,established the state economy by confiscating the bureaucratic capital,at the same time,realized the economic recovery and development of the capitalist industry,through signing the contract of labor,the increase of loan,processing orders,etc.On the other hand,through the means such as unified market currencies,hit the venture capitalists,to carry out the "five antis movement" policy,limiting the negative effects of capitalist industry and commerce,consolidate the leadership of state-owned economy,laid the foundation for the later period capitalism industry and commerce renovation.After the general route of the transitional period was promulgated in 1953,Beijing first expanded the scope of purchase and distribution of orders,and brought the capitalist industry and commerce into the state capitalism;then by the transformation of capitalist industry and commerce was realized through public-private partnership.And in this process,we paid attention to ideological education and work arrangement,make them turn into the laborer of self-reliance.Besides,this paper also investigates the transformation of the state of the capitalist's psychology during the reformation of the Tongrentang,and the concrete process and method of public-private partnership.From a micro perspective,to have a general view of the transformation of Beijing's capitalist industrial and commercial industries.At the last,this paper focuses on the summary of the experience and lesson of the Beijing transforming capitalist industry and commerce.This social reform was generally successful,it has enriched and developed scientific socialism and transformed production relationships and promoting productivity growth,transformed the capitalists into labourers at the same time.Because the time was tight,some of the work in the reconstruction process is not in place,brought inconveniences to citizens.These gains and losses provide some enlightenments for the development of the non-public sector in our country at this stage,and we should take a right view of the non-public sector under the socialist system.Second,the party should adhere to the combination of universal truth and concrete practice when formulating policies for non-public ownership.Finally,we should promote the healthy development of non-public enterprises by promoting education.
