Research On Status And Evaluation Of Intensive Land Use

Although the total land resources in China are abundant,the average per capita is insufficient,especially the cultivated land resources that are in severe shortage.At present,Chinese urbanization progress is accelerated,as the important carrier of economic development,and the foundation of national economic development as well as social stability,the issue of land resource scarcity is receiving higher attention from state and the whole society.In recent years,Chinese economy developed rapidly and urbanization progress has been sped up;however,the quick development also caused the emergence of disorder land use.Nowadays,the problems such as construction land left unused,farmland left uncultivated and inefficient land use are serious,which mostly are nationwide general problems;thus,intensive land use has become the effective method or pursuing for efficient land use.By means of looking up document literature,this article summarized domestic and overseas research status of intensive land use;meanwhile,started with the concept and connotation of intensive land use,its deeply discussed about the theoretical foundation and realistic significance.Based on researching the basic characteristic of Chinese intensive land use,and according to Tianjin land use data,it elaborated the basic mode of Tianjin land use and existing prominent problem.In the aspect of intensive land use evaluation,it selected the four districts in north central Tianjin,including Dongli District,Xiqing District,Beichen District and Wuqing District;since these four districts developed rapidly,their land use situation changed a lot and they are likely to appear extensive utilization,it has strong research significance.With respect to evaluation index,it selected 6 indexes that can directly reflect land use efficiency;after standardization process,it carried out multi-factor comprehensive evaluation on the intensive land use of the district researched,and analyzed the evaluation result.At last,by combining with the actual land use situation of Tianjin as well as other regions,and aimed at the problems,this article raised policy suggestions from the perspectives of changing the rectification method of idle land,improving planning level,promoting elastic transfer and compatibility land,and striving to vitalize stock construction land.
