The growing population aging is a difficult problem facing our country.With the aging of the population intensified,delayed retirement has become an important strategic choice for China to react to this issue,however,we should also see that the corresponding social problems caused by delayed retirement cannot be ignored,especially after the promulgation of related policies,the impact of the overall employment in China has been the focus of attention of all sectors of society.Based on the present situation of the aging of our country’s population,this paper analyzes the possible impact of the retirement policy on employment in China,and through theoretical analysis and empirical data,we can find out what kind of impact and relationship exists between delaying retirement and employment in China.This paper studies the domestic and foreign scholars with reference to the research point of view and combined with the theory of life cycle theory and human capital theory to deeply analysis the impact of specific delayed retirement policies on employment,this paper puts forward the idea of delaying retirement policy without affecting employment.At the same time,make own views on how to promote employment and provide some reference for the implementation of the current deferred retirement policy in our country.This paper is divided into six parts,layers of advance.The first part is the introduction which describes the research background,research significance,research methods and the full text of the research framework,to let readers have a clear understanding of this study,also,this part of contents do foreshadowing for the following study.The second part of the main content is to carry out the relevant theory,mainly including the theory of life cycle and human capital theory,lay the theoretical foundation for the full text of the two major theoretical with the specific content and practical application,this part describe the interdependence and interaction between delay retirement and employment,this part of contents do foreshadowing for the detailed and in-depth analysis in later parts.The third part mainly elaborates on the necessity and importance of the implementation of delayed retirement policy.The fourth part mainly analyzes and compares the specific effects of delayed retirement policy on China’s employment,and further illustrates the positive role of delayed retirement in China’s employment market.The fifth part mainly through domestic and international data to carry on the empirical analysis,Shanghai recent 10 years of employment,unemployment,retirement data,industry employment change data in the past five years,and the United States recent 40 years of employment and retirement data,verify the delay retirement will not cause a significant impact on employment.The sixth part is the summary of the whole paper,to summarize the study content in this paper,and put forward to promote the implementation of China’s delayed retirement program recommendations.The research structure of the full text is clear with tight logic,and it has certain reference value. |
