Delay Retirement Age Social Influence And Countermeasure Research

The purpose of this paper is through the combination of theoretical and empirical research, explore the social impact of delay retirement age and its necessity and rationality, on this basis, for the negative influence of its associated, finding feasible solutions and countermeasures. Based on a comprehensive literature survey, the theoretical basis in this paper, the progress and related practice, formed the research purpose of this topic, and clearly the main research task in five aspects:theoretical basis for research; Delay retirement age practice at home and abroad research; The necessity and the rationality of the delay retirement age analysis and evaluation; Delay retirement age specific social influence and its internal mechanism to explore; Puts forward some countermeasures to ease delay retirement age negative social influence.Study found that first, delay retirement age with economic necessity, is an important approach to alleviate the pressure of the pension payment. But the delay retirement age as a public policy, in the aspect of rationality have defects, damage to the government credibility; On the other hand, based on the literature reading and communication with relevant experts and scholars, this paper holds that the social impact of delay retirement mainly reflected in four aspects:delay retirement impact on the Labour market; The influence of delay retirement for older people ’rights and interests; Delay retirement impact on industrial structure; Delay retirement impact on the government’s credibility.The main innovation points in the present study:first, a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the social impact of delay retirement age; Second, put forward a set of interrelated solutions and countermeasures for improvement.
