At present, science and technology innovation is a key to promote agricultural development,while modern agricultural science and technology achievements conversion rate not high directly affects the process of modern agricultural development.Farmers are the main application of agricultural science and technology achievements converted into productive forces and put into practice.This paper summarizes the research of relevant domestic and foreign theories.Based on the participatory development theory,theory of planned behavior, interaction ritual chain theory, this paper takes loach farmers of Ganyu city as the research object and the status level of loach farming industrial technology as the base point, and by designing a questionnaire to interview farmers, analysis the characteristics and influencing factors of Loach farming technology adoption behavior, revealing inherent behavioral mechanisms of accepting and adopting new technologies, which will promote the loach farming development and improve the efficiency of agricultural technology extension of Ganyu.In the part of empirical analysis, this paper uses 142 valid survey data obtained from Ganyu Dunshang town, using statistical analysis methods to analyze the behavior and influencing factors of farmers’ adopting different farming technology, and proposes relevant suggestions.Thus, obtain the following conclusions.Firstly, like other economic agents, farmers’ adoption behavior is rational response.Secondly, the cultural quality and professional level of farmers are close to willingness of loach farming technology adoption.Thirdly, the effects of technology itself also influence the willingness of adoption.Fourthly, the degree of understanding and grasping the technology of the extension staff influence the adoption effects of farmers. Fifthly, agricultural technology promotion environment indirectly influence farmers’ adoption behavior by farmers’ cognition.
