The Relationship Between Water Resource Utilization And Economic Growth In Liaoning Province

Liaoning province is one of the serious water shortage in North China provinces,along with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the demand for water is increasing rapidly.Plus is an important center of heavy industry,Liaoning province,greater demand for water resources at the same time also produces a lot of water pollution in the production process,thereby increasing the severity of the shortage of water resources in Liaoning province,and becomes a bottleneck in the economic development of Liaoning province.Therefore,Liaoning province water resources and problems of the relationship between economic growth and is the key to realize the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the region.This papers to Granger causal relationship theory and environment hosted force theory for guide,specific analysis has Liaoning province water resources using and economic growth of relationship status,while to water resources using for perspective,using Association whole theory analysis has 2000-2015 years between Liaoning province water resources using and economic growth of relationship,results showed that Liaoning province water resources using and economic growth exists with obviously of Association whole relationship,economic growth is Liaoning province water total and water resources using efficiency of Granger causal relationship;based on water resources systems,ecological systems,social systems and economic systems in four aspects,analysis of water resource use and economic development of Liaoning province.Using the Logistic model,forecast a need for 2016-2020 in Liaoning province in the past five years total water use and economy,reverse shows a proper water resources carrying capacity based on the premise of economic growth.This paper on the basis of previous research,contact the water resource in Liaoning province and the actual condition of the economy,constructing the index system of comprehensive evaluation of water resource carrying capacity,establishment of evaluation model of water resources bearing capacity in Liaoning province,on the evaluation of regional water resources bearing capacity in Liaoning province.First,analysis Liaoning province water resources using efficiency degree,and to this for fundamental in-depth inquiry water total and water efficiency and economic growth of coordination sex,results showed that: Liaoning province East of Dandong water resources total rich and economic scale moderate,so the regional water resources hosted capacity in hosted surplus level;Benxi,and Fushun,and and Liaoyang water resources more rich,but based on this regional heavy industry developed,water resources hosted force in mild overload;tieling,and Shenyang,and Jinzhou,and Huludao,and panjin,and Yingkou,and Moderate overload phase of carrying capacity of water resource in Dalian,panjin and Huludao in particular already overloaded standard;acute shortage of water resources in Chaoyang and Fuxin cities and a large seasonal variability of precipitation,relatively fragile ecological environment,appear as water resources carrying capacity overload.Based on water consumption and economic growth of Liaoning province for comprehensive evaluation for sustainable utilization of water resource in Liaoning province and provide a basis for sustainable economic development.
