Coordinated Development Of Economic Growth And The Use Of Land And Water Resources In Liaoning Province

Soil and water resources is an important material basis for human survival and development, socio-economic development of natural support. With the development of economy in Liaoning Province, the contradiction between the land and water resources has become increasingly prominent, and therefore the protection and rational use of water and land resources, and promote sustained and coordinated social and economic development, has important practical significance.Based on the analysis of soil and water resources and economic development in Liaoning Province, this paper builds a more rational evaluation model, mainly to study the dynamic relationship between economic growth and the use of land and water resources.And based on the study and coordination of economic evolution of the water system of land resources,study the evolution of the economy and coordination of water land resources of the system in2002-2012.The results show that: the presence of co-integration relationship between economic growth in Liaoning Province and industrial water and domestic water consumption change; arable land resources in Liaoning Province and the construction land change and economic development, although all non-stationary time series, but there are long-term equilibrium relationship.GDP growth is unidirectional Granger cause changes in cropland and construction land, as well as industrial water and domestic water unidirectional Granger cause.At different stages, the impact of GDP growth on cultivated land use is different,compared to the construction land, change of cultivated land contribution to economic growth is small; economic growth in the use of water resources prediction variance greater contribution.Meanwhile, 2002-2012 years of Liaoning Social Economy and Land Resources System low water coupling degree in antagonistic stage, coupled coordination type of imbalance experienced a decline from class to the evolution of reluctant coordinated development.Further analysis and comparison of the relationship between regional water resources, land resources and socio-economic three subsystems, indicate use of water resources in the development of the regional economy belongs to the lower extensive water resources utilization; development of land resources, land resources development belongs balanced economic development model; water resources and land resources development is extremely uneven.
