Before the “Tenth Five-Year Plan ",the electric power enterprise is a seller's market in the market environment.Basically there is no competition for sales of electric power products.During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan",the state launched a new reform of the power supply system " power plants separated from electric network,competing electric price",made a big adjustment,formed a diversified pattern of competition in power generation.With the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the document No.9 of the electric power system reform,“control the middle and open ends” has become a new round of deepening the reform of electric power system in our country's basic system framework.This system structure would not only make Power Grid Corporation under the strict supervision of the government feel certain restrictions,but also cause Power Grid Corporation running user list.In the long run,the Power Grid Corp in the middle of the distribution channels in the future will be more difficult to survive and develop.On March 5,2015,three times in the 12 th National People's Congress meeting,Premier Li Keqiang proposed the "Internet plus" action plan,which promoted mutual integration of the power industry and the internet.During the period of "11th five-year plan",the average capital gap of national grid construction reached nearly 40 billion yuan.Power Grid Corporation has monopolized the firsthand material of the terminal users.How to integrate and use the user resources reasonably is imminent for power grid companies.At present,the “Internet plus” has become a major trend in the world of network development."Internet plus power" is the cross product,combined with the traditional power industry,the Internet and the information technology.It is based on international Internet,digital information and using the network media interactive marketing target to assist a new marketing mode.As the Power Grid Corporation collected by transmission,distribution and sell,it has monopolized and grasped a large number of users' first-hand information exclusively.Through the Internet as the main mean,Power Grid Corporation could adopt ways of interactive website,emails,blogs,BBS interaction,search engine optimization(SEO),the micro blogging interaction and interaction between the We Chat to achieve more close ties between the Power Grid Corporation and the terminal users.However,in the actual operation of the Power Grid Corp,there are often too many terminal users,leaving a huge amount of users' data information.If the management and service of the Power Grid Corp can not keep up,it will be easy to produce chaos,resulting in the loss of the users.Based on the relationship marketing theory of the Power Grid Corp and users,the present situation and problems of relationship marketing management mode between the Power Grid Corp and terminal users were analyzed.Considering the core value orientation of the “Internet plus” requirement,the essence of the “Internet plus” mode,which is how to deal with the relationship between power grid companies and terminal users,is put forward.In the research of intelligent CRM management,the data information of terminal users is excavated.Through the terminal users' market segmentation using the statistical method of cluster analysis,the terminal users' consumption behavior characteristics is described and the concrete scheme of the Power Grid Corp for terminal users marketing management is concluded.By constructing the basic steps of the Power Grid Corp management,users are subdivided into the large users with short tail and the ordinary residential users with the long tail.The optimized relationship strategy of the Power Grid Corp to terminal users shows that the Power Grid Corp under the mode of “Internet plus” hold the practical significance and reference value for the user management research.
