In recent years, with the development of cloud computing and intelligent mobile terminal device, mobile terminal storage capacity and computing capacity are improved. Mobile users can simultaneously open more mobile terminal applications and get network services anytime, anywhere. Also it emerged more and more data, whether the data as resource, knowledge or asset, it achieves more and more people's attention. As "data gold mine" owners, domestic and foreign telecom operators are also actively involved in the wave of big data applications. The big data of communications enterprises is mainly about user data. Which is almost from the internet and mobile internet, mainly unstructured, constitute a comprehensive data sources, such as online behavioral data, online transaction data, location data and so on. So how to make better use of these user data becomes particularly important, choose the appropriate data mining algorithms, User data mining can help mobile operators to provide users with better personalized service, and reduce churn, thus belt to a new growth point and more business opportunities.Based on China Mobile Group Heilongjiang Company Limited(HLJ-CMCC), this dissertation analysis Heilongjiang Province user data types, characteristics and status of user data mining. Based on this, we get the user data mining process; give the basic framework of user data mining. Then through this framework to obtain and preprocess, cluster and apply user data from China Mobile Communications Corporation of Heilongjiang Province, use these three parts to mining user data. We choose CURE clustering algorithm to classify users into high-value users, potential users and the value of low-value customers. Finally, in order to further use the clustering results combine the clustering results with the life cycle of users. This can help China Mobile Communications Corporation of Heilongjiang Province understand users deeply, so as to enhance customer value, personalized marketing and user retention, provide support for the further development of the China Mobile Communications Corporation of Heilongjiang Province.Through the researching of HLJ-CMCC data mining and its application, on the one hand, it deepens the process of data mining, integration of large data processing related methods, improved data mining theory and methods. On the other hand, it can help HLJ-CMCC use the data rationally, mining data fully, process business effective, support the development of HLJ-CMCC.
