Along with the development of the society,the operational factors of business enterprises are changing continuously.The terms of competition are also turning gradually from the capital to human capital.Thus,the competition will become more and more internationalized and professional,this means the importance of strategic HR is raising,and the traditional way of HR management cannot satisfy anymore the enterprises' strategic needs of internal talent pool.In order to reduce human disturbances and unnecessary duplication of work,enterprises implement human resource information systems.By building up the HR information systems,HR managers will be able to extricate themselves from the complex administrational work,and pay more attention to the integration of internal and external human resources,so that they could achieve successful transformation of human resource management role.Therefore,the implementation of Human Capital Management(HCM)system is the topic that every enterprise has to face in the near future.However,currently the enterprises all over the world encounter many localization issues;the implementation of HCM module turns to “endless procedures”.By using the best of SAP HCM implementation methodology,it elaborated the implement methodology in the project implementation process,business transformation and deliverables of each project stage,Hence,studying how Chinese enterprises choose a suitable information system,how to evade the risk of system implementation,and how to reduce the problem with localization has very practical significance.This essay analyzes the S company introduced the implementation of application functionality and features of the necessity and feasibility of the HCM module,and HCM module in line with the company's existing,future business processes and strategic direction.This essay combines both theory and practice,from the HCM point of view,explains the basic concepts of HCM,the level of dissemination and the market analysis.After that,take S company as an example,analyses the issues from the implementation of HCM module,and gives possible solution.This essay also studied the organizational management,personnel management,time management,payroll management following the steps of building up steps of HCM module inScompany.At last,this essay concludes the inspiration gained from this project on how to choose suitable software,and the characteristics of the information implementation in China.Hopefully,the results from this study contribute to contextual understanding of distinctive challenges in HCM implementation.
