Research On Practice Of Agriculture’s Structural Reform Of The Supply-Front In Yanbian Region

The "Structural reform of the supply front" came forward at the 11th and 12th meeting of the central finance and economy leading group.President Xi Jinping stressed that China should strengthen structural reform of the supply front to increase the quality and efficiency of supply system and provide a growth impetus for sustainable economic development.Supply-front economics promotes growth by investing in capital,and by lowering barriers on the production of goods and services.The "Agriculture’s structural reform of the supply front" came forward firstly at the central rural work conference in Dec.2015,and it’s also the main theme of the No.1 central government document in 2017.The document stresses promoting agricultural supply-side structural reform centered on market demand,and aims to optimize the distribution of agricultural resources,expand the effective supply of agricultural products,and enhance the adaptability and flexibility of the supply system for agricultural products.The "Agriculture’s structural reform of the supply front" embody the plutonomy of Marxism and is supported by series of national policy.In this context,the purpose of the research is to analyze the status quo and problems of agriculture in Yanbian region from the supply side that include agricultural production factors and structure,and explore the approach of "Structural reform of the supply front",so as to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural supply system and improve rural economy in Yanbian region.Yanbian region is a border minority region with cultural and natural characteristics,and agriculture plays an important role here.Yanbian region’s agricultural reform starts early in 1945,the process of reform can be summarized in 3 stages,and reflect the reform’s transformation of supply-front and demand-front.According to explore the agricultural supply-front’s status quo and problems from agricultural production factors and production structure,and combine the reality of national policies and the regional reality,Yanbian region’s "Agriculture’s structural reform of the supply front" should activate agricultural traditional production factors,enhance innovation,improve ability of industrial integration,optimize structure of agricultural products.So as to improve the quality and efficiency of supply of agricultural products,activate rural economy,and bring about a steady increase in rural incomes.
