Global integration is promoting the optimal allocation of resources,and enterprises pay more and more attention to identifying,cultivating and building core competitiveness,to participate in the global market competition in the era of knowledge-driven economy.As a expand capacity and an access to the different market,the core competitiveness is a difficult-imitated ability to promotes enterprise products/services to maximize customer value,obtain stable excess profit.As one of China's three largest ceramics production base,Zibo ceramic enterprises with mainly OEM ceramic production are lack of competitiveness,and are faced with how to transformation,upgrading and enhancing the core competitiveness.Located in Zibo city,Company MAC is the largest high and new technology enterprise in Chinese advanced ceramic industry,and promoting its core competitiveness has important significance in the development of Zibo ceramics industry.On the basis of reviewing core competitiveness research status at home and abroad and relevant theories,this paper expounds Company MAC's strategic development goals by the methods of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis and illustrates Company MAC's promotion target of core competitiveness.This paper determines Company MAC's competitive advantages by the methods of the analytic hierarchy process and critical success factor according to competence-building process,draws competitive advantage contrast figures and identifies the existing core competitiveness in Company MAC through persistence and profitability analysis.This paper reveals both directions of core competitiveness promotion by analyzing Company MAC's core competitiveness,elaborates enhancement and cultivation strategy and has certain reference and guidance significance to enhance our country enterprises' core competitiveness.
