As a new industry,the tourism industry has become a "sunrise industry" and a "green industry" in the development of modern economy.Its employment drive,resource consumption and industrial linkage are increasingly prominent,making the tourism industry in the national economy.It is in an increasingly important position and has become the most powerful industry in the world economy.It is showing a good development trend and strong vitality and vitality.Having a strong core competitiveness is an important prerequisite for promoting the sound development of enterprises.For the development of China's tourism industry,the key is to continuously improve the core competitiveness of tourism enterprises.Core competitiveness can directly affect the healthy development of the company itself,and can further promote the long-term progress of the regional economy.Chongqing Travel Investment Group is a large-scale tourism investment and financing group under the Chongqing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.It has a tourism industry pattern including tourism scenic spot development,hotel management,real estate development,luxury cruise,and travel agency service “five in one”.Because of its status as a veteran state-owned enterprise,it has always been the leader in the industry because of its geographical advantages,geographical location and people.However,in recent years,there has been slack in development.Whether it is in the development of featured products,the extension of the industrial chain,the innovative development mode,or the branded operation and cross-border marketing,its original core competitiveness has gradually surpassed the industry peers.Possibly,if we do not adjust and upgrade the strategic plan in time,it will seriously affect the sustainable development of the company.Based on the practice of enterprise competition and the related core competitiveness theory,this thesis comprehensively analyzes the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the core competitiveness of Chongqing Travel Investment Group.The paper first analyzes the current development of Chongqing Travel Group.According to the basic situation of the enterprise in the investigation,combined with the existing core competitiveness of the enterprise,it is analyzed that the tourism enterprise should conduct research from five aspects: service power,resource power,marketing power,management power and innovation,and further design.A set of core competitiveness evaluation index system consisting of 5 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators.Then,through the questionnaire survey,the data is obtained.Based on the analytic hierarchy process to determ ine the weight of the index,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the reality of Chongqing Travel Investment Group,the main factors that form the core competitiveness of Chongqing Travel Investment Group are discussed in depth.Finally,a more detailed promotion strategy was put forward;in order to comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of Chongqing Travel Investment Group,it is of practical guiding significance to commit Chongqing to become an internationally renowned tourist destination and play a leading role in “flagship”.
