| In recent years,China’s international trade growth improved steadily,especially import volume to Europe,United States and ASEAN grew continuously.Driven by China’s strong demand for imported consumer goods and policies of "Belt and Road" and FTA,imported frozen meat,pre-packaged snack foods,grain and oil and other consumer goods imports grew rapidly.With the rapid growth of business volume,import enterprises pay more attention to inventory management.In this paper,choose H state-owned enterprise imported frozen beef as the object of study,focusing on optimization of inventory management plan.This paper analyzes the status of frozen beef inventory management in H state-owned enterprise and the existing problems in inventory,exchange rate and price,such as order shortage,inventory backlog,exchange rate and price risk.Then paper analyzes reasons of the problems from the inside and outside of enterprise,such as overseas suppliers and domestic buyers reasons,business processes,sales staff reasons,exchange rate changes and inventory time which lead to price fluctuations,etc.Based on the existing problems and the causes of the frozen beef stock management in H state-owned enterprise,this paper puts forward the feasible plan of inventory management.The inventory management system in H state-owned enterprise was improved through optimization of VMI inventory management program design,sales forecasting,inventory decision-making and logistics planning.This paper evaluates the implementation effect of the improvement plan of the frozen beef inventory management of H state-owned enterprise,and makes a comprehensive analysis from quantitative and qualitative aspects to provide a guarantee for the improvement of the optimization.The research results of this paper can provide reference for same type of enterprise inventory management. |
