New Normal Study Of Female Employment Problem

Employment is the people’s livelihood for almost half of the female population in China.Female employment is not only to achieve women’s economic rights and equality between men and women,and also improve the social status of women in the prerequisites,and enhance social civilization progress and the relationship between economic development and comprehensive national strength.Our Party attaches great importance to employment equality issues in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee which mentioned employment will rise to the national priority strategy,and be stressed that in the new normal,to implement a more active employment policy to break the urban and rural areas segmentation and identity,gender discrimination,safeguard the labor rights of equal employment.The new normal presented by general secretary Xi Jinping in 2014 proposed a new category of China’s economic and social development in the new period,new situations,new features.Compared with China’s 30 years of rapid economic development and social characteristics of the normal economic slowdown,economic structure optimization,the development of the new features of the new impetus to the formation of the normal characteristics.Economic change brings about a series of social changes.The new normal for female employment quality put forward higher requirements and also bring new opportunities,female employment is fully related to the healthy development of the new normal economic society.After the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the status of women has changed substantially,and the real employment rights have been obtained.Female employment mainly experienced the planned economy era of "unified distribution" to"market orientation after the reform and opening up,workers choose the market to regulate employment and the government is promoting employment to the implementation of a more active employment policy.Under China’s one child policy and30 years of rapid economic development,women hold relatively more employment opportunities,higher employment rate for normal times,under the new normal women is facing the new employment situation,showing new characteristics in the era of economic development speed reduction,transformation and upgrading,in the original industry and squeezing the social employment space and improve the employment quality of scienceand technology and innovation ability,because of the economic downturn in the social position.Ubder the aging process of the comprehensive effect of various social factors,the new normal for women bring in labor demand and employment opportunities increased more favorably,in requirements,competition pressure,gender discrimination,difficulty,and more prominent role conflict superposition,female employment is much higher challenges than men.To promote the full employment of women under the new normal,the government and society must do multi-party collaboration,mainly through vigorously innovation economy development of new industries,new formats to further improve the employment policy,legal system.The implementation of flexible employment mechanism is more suitable for female characteristics and non full time to have female employment security and practical experience,employment law and regulation of female professional organizations,the establishment and implementation of female employment incentive mechanism to encourage men and women to participate jointly bearing the housework.The establishment of full-time training institutions is to strengthen the female science and technology and innovation ability training and other measures to create more employment opportunities and platform for women,providing equal employment protection more effectively,to solve the employment contradiction and conflict,enhancing a higher level of women’s employment quality and ability to create a full employment of women.
