Research On The Influencing Factors Of Innovative Use Of Business Intelligence Systems Based On D&M Model

In the Big Data era,the size of the big data has put forward higher requirements for data analysis in the system.During many data processing and analysis systems,business intelligence system with its excellent flexibility and integration in the industry shows itself talent and get better development and popularization,but the success rate of implementation has not satisfied the industry.Maybe it is due to the user's only grasp of daily use of business intelligence system,and they did not focus on its innovative use of business intelligence system.Thus they can't explore the higher potential function and business integration capabilities,when the daily use of business intelligence system is more and more popular,daily use can't convert to the system cost of investment into the competitive advantage of enterprises.Innovative use of the stage is very urgent,so to explore the factors influencing the use of innovative business intelligence system.The improvement of business intelligence system and theory Practical development is very meaningful.This paper uses the literature review method of business intelligence system,D&M information system success model concept,and innovative use of the concept and classification of carding,innovation in business intelligence system,and distinguish the concept of two important but different aspects of innovation type.(tool innovation,innovation,and task use)This paper presents the successful model of the three factors concepts in business intelligence innovation environment(system quality,information quality and service quality)to explore the factors influencing the use of business intelligence system innovation from the perspective of intelligent business process,and ultimately form the D&M model using model based on business intelligence system innovation.Finally,empirical test successful model of three factors(system quality,information quality and service quality)of the two innovation(Instrumental innovation,and innovative use of the effects of task)and the quality of information on the two innovative uses of the intermediary role between the system quality and service quality.In this study,a total of 200 questionnaires were sent,a total of 189 questionnaires were taken back,during the questionnaires,there are 164 questionnaires are valid,and run the descriptive analysis,reliability test,validity test,the difference between convergence validity of the sample data.conceptual model analysis by structural equation modeling method proposed in this study to test the model,finally good.The empirical results show that:(1)the service quality has a direct and significant impact on the use of instrumental innovation,the use of task innovation and the quality of information.(2)information quality has a positive and direct impact on the use of instrumental innovation for business intelligence systems.(3)the quality of the system has a direct and significant impact on the quality of information and the use of task innovation.(4)the quality of the system has no direct impact on the instrumental innovation,but the impact of the system quality on the use of the instrumental innovation is affected by the information quality,which indirectly affects the use of the instrumental innovation.Our research results indicate:(1)In terms of use of the instrumental innovation of business intelligent system,people care more about whether the provider of system's service or information department can supply help and support when they use related system instead of system's quality so that people are enabled with creative ways considering of features of system,thus improving the working efficiency and performance.(2)System provider,IS department and information technology service provider accumulate massive knowledge and experience that is related to the user's industry when they provide solution plan and support for business intelligent system users in various industries.In such process,the crossing boundary knowledge appears,which brings more thoughts and directions to task innovation and materialize the co-creation of user and service provider.(3)The business system process generates the data,information and knowledge that are needed through the application of system and support of service,which facilitate the decision making.In such process,service quality and system quality have a huge impact on the quality of system outputs i.e.information quality.
