| With the rapid development of the health level of the elderly population in Beijing city and the economy continues to improve,increasing trend of population aging,produced a greater pressure on the Beijing city pension services industry,but also provides the opportunity for the transformation and development.Today,the 421 family population structure will become the new normal,the traditional family unilateral pension pattern is gradually weakened,the government,society and family pension pattern is gradually formed three.Due to the complexity of multiple factors,such as the government level,the social enterprise level and the family level of the elderly,the new development of the pension service industry in Beijing is still exploring the experience,full of advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.In this paper,through the investigation of the elderly in Beijing City,to understand their views on pension and new demand,reasonable analysis,combined with the actual situation of Beijing city pension services industry,combing the development status of the pension services industry,the present problems are summarized,the strategic research focus from the SWOT analysis of Beijing pension the service industry development,put forward personal suggestions from the perspective of long-term development of the Beijing city pension services industry,in order to make a contribution to the healthy development and academic research on the Beijing city pension services industry’s own.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part introduces the current research situation of endowment service industry at home and abroad,and the current situation of the development of Beijing’s pension service industry.Through the research and analysis of the status quo of the pension service industry,some characteristics of the current industry development are concluded.The second part introduces the current situation of pension service in Beijing and the demand,and then analyzes the demand for pension services,and puts forward the question.The third part introduces the countermeasures and plans of the wisdom pension and pension service model,and puts forward some future development ideas combined with the existing model.The fourth part introduces the case study of the pension service industry,and makes a preliminary study and analysis.In the fifth part,the author puts forward policy suggestions and strategies for the new development of Beijing’s pension service industry. |
