With the increasingly mature economic environment of global capital market,the competition among enterprises increases.Economic interests driven led to the integrity of the social integrity of the system,followed by the enterprise accounts in terms of risks and hidden dangers.For any enterprise,the current account is the daily production and operation activities,essential aspects of control.As the main flow channel of Enterprise Monetary Fund,the exchange of funds is very important in the perspective of macro internal control.Sound payment and internal control,to eliminate the risks existing in the monetary fund revenue and expenditure in the process of enterprise,and then based on the healthy operation of the mechanism,to protect the safety of business assets,maintenance enterprise's good reputation,control purchasing cost and risk,and enhance the enterprise's ability to resist,enables the enterprise to have a space for one person in the competition the market economy environment.On the context of economic globalization,many multinational companies in order to reduce financial costs,save manpower,improve efficiency,establish financial sharing center in the business,this is a new mode of financial management and control,to achieve information transparency,the whole process of state monitoring,budget review,usually under the current basic functions,Financial Sharing Center centralized financial payment is the core work of Financial Sharing Center processing.On account of internal control,determines whether the better to make financial group core business support,so the sharing of internal control center transactions,but also affect the overall level of internal control group headquarters.This paper takes the A company as the research object,A company earlier set up Financial Sharing Center in the world,and give priority to the use of the SAP system for the management of the company,and because of the particularity of technology oriented enterprises,the business,the current accounts receivable,and part of the traditional business accounting is different,then by sharing in the financial center,accounts payable,a relatively large proportion of the Financial.Sharing Center attaches great importance to the management of accounts payable,accounts receivable control but no special emphasis.This paper from the domestic and foreign literatures,the related concepts are introduced,the combination of theory and case,through the understanding and analysis of company's payment process,find out the internal control and risk point of its existence,an comprehensive consideration of various factors,in-depth analysis of the reasons for the existence of risk,and then in the company's existing Payable process of internal control based on the combination of the five elements of internal control optimization,realize the informationof enterprise internal control and control integration,also payables internal control to provide the reference for other companies in the industry to implement.Through the analysis of the internal control between the accounts of A's SAP environment.The following results were obtained between the amount of internal control work seriously enough,the lack of risk management accounts receivable management module,the strength is not strong,the lack of daily expense budget control,information communication still needs to be strengthened,the weak internal supervision;then analyzes the reasons of the existing the problem of the group;finally,according to the five elements of internal control,optimization of group financial internal control system,put forward some own views.
