With the continuous improvement of China's capacity for independent innovation,the study of scientific and technological personnel innovation performance is becoming increasingly important.Scientific and technological personnel as the main power of organization innovation work,push the organizations successfully complete innovation tasks and goals.Organizational innovation performance is largely an individual innovation achievement,therefore,the innovation of the scientific and technological personnel individual performance become the focus of organization.Combined with the domestic and foreign related research conclusion,many scholars believe that scientific and technological personnel individual innovation is the main source of innovation ability,organization have the organizational environment factors they believe to be one of the important factors that affect the individual innovation performance of technology talents.This article first collected and combed the relevant documents about the innovation performance of scientific and technological talents and the internal environment of the organization,based on the existing research results of the theoretical model of the relationship.Representative of the university environment and the features of university teachers is consistent with the research content of this article,so this paper in college teachers,for example,a total of five universities to the teacher handed out 500 questionnaires,406 valid questionnaires.Later in this article,through the survey data,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to verify the establishment of scientific and technological personnel individual innovation performance scale and organization internal environment scale.Among them,the individual innovation performance scale of science and technology talent is composed of two dimensions,namely the creation of innovative thought and the promotion and realization of the idea of innovation.The organizational internal environment inventory consists of three dimensions:physical environment,psychological environment,and cultural environment.Finally in this paper,applying structural equation model for hypothesis test and model verification,and draw the conclusion: the physical environment and organizational culture environment for scientific and technological personnel individual innovation performance of two dimensions are positive significant impact,group psychological environment for scientific and technological personnel individual innovation performance the influence of two dimensions were not significant,and the organization internal environment of the three dimensions of organizational culture environment for talents of science and technology is the most significant impact individual innovation performance.Through empirical analysis it is concluded that,the organization should first attach importance to organizational cultureenvironment on the promoting function of scientific and technological personnel individual innovation performance,to create a positive cultural environment for scientific and technological personnel individual effort;Secondly,the promotion of the physical environment of the organization to the individual innovation performance of science and technology personnel,and the establishment of a perfect physical environment for the individual scientific and technical personnel;The organization should actively guide and encourage scientific and technological personnel individual to build a harmonious psychological environment of organization,attaches great importance to the organization psychological environment for the influence of science and technology talents team innovation performance.
