The introduction of the insurance marketing system to promote the Chinese insurance industry is booming,but with the continuous expansion of the scale of insurance marketing marketing staff,the overall quality is not high,credibility is not high,misleading sales defects gradually.PICC Jiangxi branch to gradually solve the problem,continue to play the role of the marketing staff of the company's sustainable development,enhance the company's business risk prevention ability of marketing staff to carry out system reform.The industry has been in the summary of research on the reform of the marketing management system carried out by the theory and practice of measures,at the same time,the company marketing team to promote reform,the social impact of the entire insurance industry has far-reaching significance and safeguard the interests of consumers.In this paper,through literature research and the actual work of PICC branch in Jiangxi province and experience,the current situation and problems of management theory,insurance marketing management marketing are analyzed,and combined with the actual situation of the company marketing staff post management system put forward reform measures and suggestions to increase on the marketing management,to solve the problem of management system through diversified channels,to further improve the company's marketing staff management system.
