Nowadays,in the background of the deep integration of the world economy,the market competition is increasingly fierce,more and more enterprises begin to study the supply chain management concepts and management methods.In the many aspects of supply chain management,inventory management is a very important part.Taken supply chain as a whole,the study of inventory management is conducive to reducing business costs,while the use of enterprise funds to improve efficiency.Inventory management has become an important means for enterprises to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.Traditional enterprises should holds some stocks in commen,however,while economic globalization and market competition intensified,if companies ignore the facet that inventory management will be at a disadvantage in competition,enterprises will also fall into a serious crisis.In this paper,the SL's stock structure and inventory costs are analyzed,designed to quickly respond to customer needs,under the premise of improving customer satisfaction,so that inventory rationalization,reduce inventory costs,improve inventory turns,the company advantage in the competition.The main contents are as follows:(1)Reviewing the inventory system optimization theories of Introduction textile enterprise which just provide a theoretical basis.It is to solve specific problems for China's textile enterprises through introducing advanced inventory management practices of foreign enterprises.(2)As analyzing the current inventory system of Gaoyang SL company.It summarizes the main features of China's textile enterprises inventory management;About the Situation of SL company stocks,the main problems that currently exist on the existing problems were analyzed.By analyzing the summary SL company inventory management problems,we can find:Firstly,the purchase of production planning unreasonable has lead to problems with the supply of raw materials enterprises;Second,Because of the internal operating efficiency is not high and the production plan may not be implemented.Resulting in the production of various aspects of convergence problems,such as,preparation error;Third,supply chain did not give full play to the advantages of collaboration,such as,marketing and management problems caused the inventory squeeze;Fourth,the operation of market analysis unscientific inaccurate,unscientific control orders can not lead to the optimization of inventory and other issues.(3)Inventory management optimization of SL.Based on the company's inventory management analysis.There are many countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for SL company inventory management:First,To enhance the company's SL level of information technology;Then it is to strengthen the stock order management and establish a scientific and procurement of raw materials and the standard procurement procedures;Third,the implementation of stock ABC,etc.Fourth,To strengthen marketing management and reduce production finished products.Establishment of enterprise sales network,providing accurate market information for the development of new products.Fifth,To implement the supply chain management model,Minimizing the amount of storage,It can reduce operating costs drastically and achieve the goal of increasing economic efficiency.These design can achieve continuous improvement.It will be reduce operational costs and improve economic efficiency.
