With the deepening of people’s understanding of big data,the application of big data in all walks of life continue to penetrate,big data thinking is driven by business decision-making management changes,business model innovation,operation and management to enhance the progress of science and technology to create more.The way for the social subject to create a new source of value.Farming supermarket docking in recent years,China’s advocacy and development of important agricultural products circulation,and farming supermarket docking wind and water behind the back,but difficult to dispose of the super-docking supply chain complaining reality.Farming supermarket docking supply chain encountered a lot of pain points,such as supply and demand scattered,non-standardized products,chain interruption,high logistics costs,severely limited the normal development of agricultural super-docking.Big data applications,to a large extent,to achieve the entire supply chain data sharing,will effectively solve these problems.The big data brings convenience to the supermarket docking supply chain,and inevitably brings new risks.Based on the analysis of the supply chain of farming supermarket docking in large data environment,this paper studies the three aspects of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control of farming supermarket docking supply chain in the new environment.First of all,this paper introduces the background of farming supermarket docking in the background of research,and summarizes the application of big data at home and abroad,agricultural docking,agricultural product supply chain and supply chain risk management.Then the traditional agricultural supply chain,the traditional farming supermarket docking supply chain are related to the transition to the big data environment,farming supermarket docking supply chain introduction,which is divided into five links,namely the production process,processing links,distribution links,retail links,sales links.In addition,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain of farming supermarket docking,the benefits of large data application,and identifies the risks from the aspects of production,processing,distribution,retail and sales.The risks associated with the introduction of new data and the new risks.Secondly,this paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of a combination of ways to carry out risk assessment.Different from the existing literature,this article through the empirical analysis of the method,through the farmers of professional cooperatives,supermarkets and consumer-related staff method questionnaire,come to all the risk factors of the sort,a good customer service subjective elimination of small and probability.And then the risk factors of the top ten are evaluated by the FLINMAP method,and the relevant fuzzy evaluation grade and risk evaluation criteria are given.Through the expert evaluation,the new risk ranking is obtained,and the empirical analysis.The results are not very different,but also the empirical results were verified.Again,the risk control of the farming supermarket docking supply chain.This paper mainly focuses on the method of evolutionary game and the benefits of farmers and supermarkets as the standard of measuring the stability of agricultural supply chain.The influence of traditional risk and the introduction of big data on the stability of agricultural substation supply chain is analyzed,From the perspective of achieving the goal of maximizing the interests of both sides of the farming supermarket docking,the rational risk control measures are obtained.
