As the acceleration of people's living rhythm,and the widespread using of instant messaging tool,people can solve the problem of work or household issues in anytime and anywhere.The boundary between work and family is increasingly blurring,which requires people to switch their roles between work and family at any moment,thus,the corresponding role stress appears as well.Many research show that the role stress between work and family will cause bad influence on the individual happiness and organizational performance.To reduce employees' job role stress,some scholars proposed to weaken the employees' work-family border,improve the work boundary flexibility,and some scholars put into practice and made the arrangement of flexible work etc.However,it is unknown whether these suggestions and measures can reduce the employees'job role stress suitably.This research mainly includes two aspects:firstly,the relationship between work flexibility perception and job role stress;Secondly,the intermediary role of work autonomy in it,discussing the action mechanism of the interaction between variables.The hypothesis put forward in this article has been verified after questionnaire survey and data analysis.Work flexibility perception has negative impact on employee's job role stress while work autonomy awareness play's an incomplete mediate role in it.Besides,there are significant differences in employees' job role stress for different ages,working years and position.Therefore,in order to reduce the role pressure between work and non-work,improve happiness and organization efficiency of employees,employer should carefully formulate flexible work policy and reduce workers' work flexibility on the basis of collecting and considering workers' will,which will reduce their job role stress consequently.
