Tourism APP as an application tool,has been gradually involved in the tourism activities and influence their tourism experience.With the rapid increasingly change of user and market demand,the user experience has gradually become the important role of the enterprise competitiveness.However,this kind of tourism mobile application are mostly have short development cycle,low market entry barriers,large number of products,covering a wide range,but the quality is uneven.The large number of homogenization of tourism,APP,perused the user have a higher quality and experience demands.Thus,the purpose of this paper is to find the user experience influencing factors of tourism APP,and improved the user experience by enhance the product design work,increases and optimizes the coherency,activation and experience of its users.First of all,through the concept of tourism experience and tourism APP,conclude five characteristics of the tourism APP,there are instant,cover a wide range,high involvement,high efficiency and low cost,rapid iteration." which help the fallowing research to find a appropriated interviewee.Through the research on the definition,research content and evaluation model of user experience,obtained the importance of user experience to tourism APP,and built the theoretical foundation for the following model.In the process of collecting factors,conducted in-depth interviews to expert users and ordinary users,based on the existing theory to analyze the content of the interview,with the help of NVIVO qualitative analysis software to statistics the factors of frequency.Finally,46 factors that influence APP user experience are obtained,and briefly classified into six categories:motivation,demand,operation,content,visual experience,interaction and emotional experience.Then,through hand out a questionnaires to target users,to verify the impact of various factors and the classification whether reasonable or not.Finally,we retained 41 influencing factors and establishing a model,according the user experience consequence we divided the factor into six aspect:cognitive,contact,familiarity,interference,majorization and emotion.In the end,according the results proposed four suggestion.(1)Establish a good brand image,make full use of word-of-mouth promotion;(2)Reduce user learning period and energetic;(3)Avoid unnecessary interference;(4)Establish a complete use experience system.In this thesis,through collecting and sorting out the influence factors on users experience of tourism APP,makes up the gaps and deficiencies of the user experiencetheory in the tourism field,and provides a theoretical framework and direction for the tourism product designers to optimize the user experience,and provide reference for improving tourism APP user experience.
